Fusionmetrics iPhone support

Fusionmetrics for iPhone is a free companion for existing hosted Fusionmetrics accounts. It lets Shopify app Partners check revenue, read Merchant activity and reviews, and choose which events send an alert.

Contact support

Email Alex from Fusionmetrics, Founder, for help. Include your app version and a short description of what happened. Never send your password or verification code. Remove private Merchant information from any screenshots you share.

Sign in

Use the email address associated with your existing Fusionmetrics account. Complete the verification-code or password flow offered for your account. If you belong to several Organizations, choose the one you want to view; you can switch in Settings.

If you cannot sign in or your Organization is missing, contact support using your account email address.

Refresh dashboards and activity

Pull down on Overview or Activity to refresh. The app can show previously loaded data while reconnecting. Dashboard freshness depends on your Organization's data imports; opening the app does not start a new Shopify import.

Choose your notifications

Open Settings and enable notifications. Choose your default event preferences, then select an App to override those defaults. Use Send test notification to check delivery. iOS Focus, notification summaries and lock-screen preview settings can affect when and how an alert appears.

The app remains usable if notification permission is denied. You can change permission later in iOS Settings. Freeze and unfreeze events do not send push alerts.

Privacy and account requests

Share usage analytics is optional and can be changed in Settings. Read our privacy policy for details about authentication, notifications, caching and diagnostics. To request account or data deletion, email [email protected]. Tell us whether your request concerns your own account or a shared Organization.
