What do I need to get started?
Create your Fusionmetrics account, connect a Shopify Partner account, and select your apps. Fusionmetrics imports your revenue history and prepares your dashboards. GA4 is optional and can be connected later.
Do I need to install a tracking snippet?
Not for your Shopify Partner revenue dashboards. Revenue and billing activity come from your connected Partner account. Acquisition analytics uses your optional GA4 and BigQuery setup.
Can I track more than one app?
Yes. Connect Partner accounts and review the apps they own. Move between individual app dashboards to investigate revenue, Merchants, subscriptions, and acquisition.
Can I connect Stripe?
Yes. Fusionmetrics supports Stripe billing for Shopify apps and standalone Stripe apps. The documentation explains how to connect billing and map Shopify Merchant metadata.
How does acquisition attribution work?
Connect your app’s GA4 BigQuery export to bring listing traffic, sources, campaigns, and funnel activity into the revenue workflow. Attribution depends on your tracking setup and available source data.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Hosted Fusionmetrics is free up to $5,000 tracked MRR. Above that, standard monthly pricing starts at $25. New setups have a 30-day evaluation period after the first dashboard is ready. No credit card is required to sign up.
Can I keep the data on my own infrastructure?
Yes. The self-hosted edition runs as a single-organization deployment using your own infrastructure. It costs $999 once and includes one year of access to newer versions.
Can I ask my AI assistant about revenue?
Yes. Connect a compatible assistant to the read-only analytics MCP endpoint using a token from Product settings. The assistant can query prepared analytics data. It cannot change your Shopify billing through this endpoint.
